Experience. I have over 30 years of experience as a civil trial lawyer focusing on matters affecting the construction industry. About 70% of my practice is construction law. I have also handled subrogation claims on behalf of sureties and am familiar with the legal issues arising in typical construction disputes, such as bid protests, differing site conditions, acceleration, delays, changes, design defects and termination.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience. I have served as chair or member in numerous construction arbitration panels and several large commercial arbitrations. I have mediated and arbitrated many construction disputes involving multiple parties and complex issues some involving million dollar claims.
